Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 676:4 & 675:7 that on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at 7:00pm at Rindge Town Office in the Selectmen’s meeting room, the Planning Board will consider the following applications:


1.  Technical Subdivision submitted by 20 West Main Street, LLC and Aaron & Diane Seppala.  The property is located at Tax Map 33, Lot 14-1 in the Village District and Tax Map 6, Lot 35-3 in the Residential-Agricultural District.  The applicants are seeking approval for a technical subdivision (lot line adjustment).


2.  Minor Subdivision submitted by ATA Construction LLC.  The property is located at Tax Map 2 Lot 15 on Rand Road in the Residential-Agricultural District.  The applicant is seeking approval for a two lot subdivision.


If an application is accepted as complete on Tuesday October 17, a public hearing on the merits of the proposal will follow immediately, or at a future date to be determined at the Tuesday October 17, 2017 meeting. Should a decision not be reached at the public hearing, the  application will stay on the Planning Board agenda until such time as it is either approved or disapproved.  Applications are available for viewing at Rindge Town Hall prior to the meeting date during normal business hours.
