Executive Secretary – Rindge, NH
(36 hours per week – variable schedule)
The Town of Rindge is seeking qualified applicants for the challenging position of Executive Secretary to the Board of Selectmen and the Town Administrator. The ideal candidate will possess strong secretarial, interpersonal, organizational and computer skills and enjoy working with the public. The position is responsible for providing support and assistance to the Board of Selectmen, Town Administrator, other departments and the general public. Other duties include preparing meeting minutes, reports and correspondence, maintaining filing systems and records, processing deposits, assisting with Town elections and maintaining the Town’s website.
