The Town of Rindge, NH is seeking an experienced candidate to fill the position of Code Enforcement Officer/Assessing Clerk and Health Officer. This is one combined position. This individual will be scheduled to work part time for three (3) 6 hour shifts that total 18 hours per week. The individual must be familiar with local zoning ordinances, sanitary codes as well as applicable state statutes, rules and regulations.  Familiarity in the field of real estate and assessment. Must have a firm but professional demeanor, ability to deal with disgruntled members of the public and communicate well verbally and in a written manner. Must hold a valid motor vehicle operator’s license. Other duties assigned. This position will remain open until filled. Town Office Update 6/18/20 - Priority Notice

All Rindge town buildings are open to the public effective 6/18/20 except for the Town Office. Please check with each building as some guidelines may vary slightly. The Town Office will open Monday 6/22/20 with normal hours.Social distancing must be adhered to, there are red x's marking the floor at each level (6 ft apart) and masks are recommended. Enter at your own risk. There are tables with hand sanitizer at each entrance and signage with guidelines for the building operations. Please respect the space of others and be patient with our new recommended guidelines. more
