Conservation Lands OpenPosted Sun, May 17 at 02:53pm
Rindge Conservation lands are open during the pandemic for walkers and joggers to get out and enjoy. The five areas of particular interest are: Converse Meadow (Converseville Road) , Miriam Hunt Memorial Forest (Route 119 across from Cutter Hill Road), Contoocook Marsh Conservation Complex (County Road), Schoolhouse Park (Abel Road), Tetreault Park (Rand Road) and Rindge Town Forest (Homestead Road). Signs have been posted reminding walkers to maintain social distancing. Maps of the conservation areas are available at the kiosk at each area as well as online at the Rindge Town website at: Town of Rindge/Boards & Commissions/Conservation Commission/Links of Interest.
The Commission hopes the public takes advantage of these areas and will enjoy the sights and sounds of nature within the Town.
