Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 676:4 & 675:7, that on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at 7:00pm at Rindge Town Office in the Selectmen’s meeting room, the Planning Board will consider the following:



  • CONSIDERATION OF an application for Technical Subdivision submitted by Kathleen P. Van Dyke, 300 Goddard Road, Rindge, NH, Jamison Van Dyke, 252 Goddard Road, Rindge, NH and Joshua R. Van Dyke, 377 Bunker Hill St. #1, Charlestown, MA for properties located on the west side of Goddard Road, Tax Map 3, Lots 37-1, 38-2 and 38-1 in the Residential-Agricultural District.  The applicants are seeking approval for a lot line adjustment. 


If the application is accepted as complete on Tuesday November 13, 2018, a public hearing on the merits of the proposal will follow immediately, or at a future date to be determined at the Tuesday, November 13, 2018 meeting. Should a decision not be reached at the public hearing, this application will stay on the Planning Board agenda until such time as it is either approved or disapproved.  Applications are available for viewing at Rindge Town Hall prior to the meeting date during normal business hours. Anyone needing assistance to attend this meeting should contact the Selectmen’s Office one week prior to the scheduled date.
