Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 676:4, 674:43, 675:6 & 675:7 that on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at 7:00pm at Rindge Town Office in the Selectmen’s meeting room, the Planning Board will consider the following:


  1. CONSIDERATION OF an application for a Minor Subdivision submitted by Huntley Survey & Design, PPLC for land owned by William D. Hillis. The property is located at 58 Homestead Lane, Rindge, NH, Tax Map 2, Lot 3-1 in the Residential District. The applicant is seeking approval for a 3-lot subdivision.


  1. CONSIDERATION OF an application for a Minor Site Plan submitted by ATA Construction, for Cathedral of the Pines, 10 Hale Hill Road, Rindge, NH, for property located at 10 Hale Road, Map 11 Lot 19 in the Residential District. The applicant is seeking approval for a 1,176 square foot addition to the existing Hilltop Building.


If the applications are accepted as complete on Tuesday December 3, 2019, a public hearing on the merits of the proposals will follow immediately, or at a future date to be determined at the Tuesday, December 3, 2019 meeting. Should a decision not be reached at the public hearing, the applications will stay on the Planning Board agenda until such time as it is either approved or disapproved.  Applications are available for viewing at Rindge Town Hall prior to the meeting date during normal business hours. Anyone needing assistance to attend this meeting should contact the Selectmen’s Office one week prior to the scheduled date.
