Notice is hereby given that due to the State of Emergency declared by the Governor as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic and in accordance with the Governor's Emergency Order #12 pursuant to Executive Order 2020-04, this public body is authorized to meet electronically. Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at 7:00 p.m., the Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold the following Public Hearings:
Case# 1165: Navian Development, 581 NH Route 119, Rindge, NH 03461, for property located at 581 NH Route 119, Map 4 Lot 23 in the Residential Agriculture District, for a Special Exception, as specified in the Wetlands Conservation District Ordinance, Section 6, to allow crossing of wetlands with a roadway associated with the proposed residential subdivision.
Case# 1167: Wendy and Justin Charles, P.O. Box 6 Temple, NH 03084, for property located at Amalia Way, Map 11, Lot 36-1-9, East View Estates, in the Residential Agriculture District, for a Special Exception as specified in the Accessory Dwelling Unit Ordinance.
