NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

Notice is hereby given that due to the State of Emergency declared by the Governor as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic and in accordance with the Governor's Emergency Order #12 pursuant to Executive Order 2020-04, this public body is authorized to meet electronically. We are utilizing ZOOM for this electronic meeting. Access can be made via computer, smart phone or land line telephone. Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at 7:00 p.m., the Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold the following Public Hearings:  

Case# 1165: Navian Development, 581 NH Route 119, Rindge, NH 03461, for property located at 581 NH Route 119, Map 4 Lot 23 in the Residential Agriculture District, for a Special Exception, as specified in the Wetlands Conservation District Ordinance, Section 6, to allow crossing of wetlands with a roadway associated with the proposed residential subdivision. 

Case# 1167: Wendy and Justin Charles, P.O. Box 6 Temple, NH 03084, for property located at Amalia Way, Map 11, Lot 36-1-9, East View Estates, in the Residential Agriculture District, for a Special Exception as specified in the Accessory Dwelling Unit Ordinance.   

 

Approval of Minutes:        March 23, 2021
