EXECUTIVE SECRETARY

The Town of Rindge is seeking qualified applicants for the challenging position of
Executive Secretary to the Board of Selectmen and the Town Administrator. The ideal
candidate will possess strong secretarial, interpersonal, organizational and computer skills. The position is responsible for providing support and assistance to the Board of Selectmen and the Town Administrator, preparing minutes, reports and correspondence, maintaining filing systems and records and providing assistance to the public. A Bachelor’s Degree and three years’ experience preferred. Salary and hours are negotiable. Generous benefit package.
