Voter Registration Absentee Ballots Local Elections State & National Elections

Ballot Clerks and Election Volunteers
All of the elections would not be possible without the assistance of the wonderful residents who volunteer their time to serve as ballot clerks, ballot counters, greeters, and assistants to the supervisors of the checklist. We appreciate every one of them!

If you are interested in volunteering for the elections, please email the Executive Secretary at executivesecretary@rindgenh.gov with your contact information. You will be added to the volunteer spreadsheet and receive an email or phone call at least one month before each election requesting your assistance. Your contact information is not shared, and you will not be contacted more than the number of elections per year.

Town Moderator
All elections are moderated by an elected town moderator and their deputy. Their duty is to uphold the laws of the State of New Hampshire and maintain the integrity of the election with the assistance of other election officials, the Town Clerk, the Supervisors of the Checklist, the Deputy Town Clerk, and the Board of Selectmen.
