Rindge Energy Commission Meeting MINUTES
June 10, 2021
Attending: Members: Pat Martin, Richard Mellor, Rex James, Dwight Schenk
Pat Martin brought the meeting to order at 7:05.
The Commission members welcomed new member Rex James.
The Commission held a general discussion of the possibility of a large solar project in Rindge which might power Town buildings and members of the community.
Officers for the coming year were elected as follows: Pat Martin, Chair; Richard Mellor, Vice-Chair; Dwight Schenk, Secretary.
We will continue to investigate the possiblity of funding for an energy audit of the Recreation Building which might guide future energy saving improvements there.
An online Button Up workship was presented on May 19 online.
Minutes of the last regular Commission meeting of May 11, 2021 were approved.
The next meeting will be on July 8, 2021 at 7:00 PM at a place to be announce
The meeting was adjourned at 8:15 PM.
