IMPORTANT UPDATE: Page 58 was found to be an error in the printing of the 2023 Annual Report. The 2022 Capital Reserve Fund Spreadsheet has been replaced with the correct 2023 Capital Reserve Fund Spreadsheet. We apologize this was not caught before it went to the printers.
