Rindge Natural Resources Mapper

The natural resources mapper is an interactive map that allows you to see different natural resources across our entire town. Because the town property lines are shown, you can easily zoom in to see natural resources on your own property as well as on town property and conservation land. The data is drawn from public information compiled by the State of New Hampshire and other organizations.

The mapping tool has 3 main views:

  • Trails and Recreation - provides residents and visitors opportunities to experience trails, forests, wetlands, fields, and waterways.
  • Regulatory – provides zoning and regulatory features relevant to property owners, developers, and decision-makers.
  • All Layers - a broader inventory of Rindge's land, water, wildlife, and plant resources
To search for a particular address in town, i.e. 30 Payson Hill Road, tap on the Search icon, start typing the address, then select the presented address that you want to see.

To apply a layer to the map, select one of the layers from the Map Layers icon by clicking on that layer's "eye".  To unselect it, click on the "eye" again. An unselected layer's "eye" has a line through it. Each of the different map views (Trails and Recreation, Regulatory, All Layers) provides access to a different set of layers. You may select multiple layers at a time.
