Town of Rindge 2025 Property Reassessment
What it Means for You
The Town of Rindge, with Avitar Associates of New England, has updated property values to reflect the fair market value as of April 1, 2025.
On average, residential property values went up 89.6%%. This percent has changed from the preliminary values.

**DO NOT Apply Last Year’s Tax Rate to Your New Value**

How to Calculate the impact on your taxes:

Example:

          2025 Assessed Value                           $845,800

          Minus 2024 Assessed Value             -  $469,500

          Difference                                           = $376,300

Divide the Difference by the 2024 Assessed Value to find the ratio of change:

Example:               $376,300       ÷      $469,500       =      0.801 (ratio of change)

If the ratio of change is lower than 0.896, your taxes may stay the same or decrease.

If the ratio of change is higher than 0.896, you may see a higher tax bill
